Problems with my new Mark IV - Need your help!

Yeah, i love this amp.

But when I was playing tonight, I used the channel switch control on my amp and not the footswitch(but th FS was connected). But the control didn't work, so I tried my footswitch, but it didn't work too. The only buttons working were the EQ and FX on my footswitch and the lead channel of my amp.

Does anybody recognices this problem or does anyone knows how to solve it?

Check that the Mode Selector switch is set to "FT SW" if you are going to use the footswitch.
The amp will respond to what ever you have the Mode Selector switch set to. So if you move the selector switch to RHY1, then only RHY1 will work. The footswitch becomes irrelevent.

Check your manual... page 13.

well, the problem is that the whole f***** switch isn't working, the amp only works when the switch is set somewhat before FS, the the lead channel is working, on the rest of the positions the amps isn't working.

If I slect Rhy 1 or Rhy2 or FS, nothing is working.

On the footswitch only the EQ and FX buttons are working.
