The Grilles really are the difference between the PowerHouse cabs and the Vintage cabs. I believe there might be a slighly different front edge (depth) on these cabs as well, so that both look good cosmetically. Internally and component-wise, the cabs are the same. You get a black or silver metal grille on the PowerHouse cabs (your choice). The Vintage cabs have jute grilles and piping around the grille.
