so I cleaned all my potentiometers with De-Ox-Id and found out that the mineral oil in the cleaner emulsifies the carbon potentiometers. Does anyone know the resistance of the many pots on a triple or dual rec? I am going to have to change all of them..

That sucks.....

There is many different ones. That as I am sure you guessed is not a easy or cheap job.

They are not working now ?

I've used DeoxIt as well on mine and had no issues. We're they particularly dirty?

not really...I just had some loop distortion and I just decided to clean all the pots and all tube sockets..I had a screen resister burn up due to a bad tube so I had to clean the carbon powder off of the pc board...mesa tech said it was very conductive...so far my pots are measuring correct resistance however its a matter of time be for the emulsification will destroy the resistance value...

Go to an autoparts store and get a can of electronics cleaner that doesn't have the residue in it and use it to clean it off the pots before it creates a problem if you're worried. Otherwise I wouldn't worry to much, I haven't had an issue myself.

On page 38 it lists the part numbers for the pots. All you have to do is ask your mesa dealer to order the part numbers you need. You maybe able to order them straigh from mesa? Good luck here is your link.
