This one isn't mine, but it is a great shot.

A mix of preamp tubes, EL-34's and MESA MS-12 speakers. The ever present OCD pedal is not pictured.

Sick guitar! I have a teardrop scuff on my Hamer Californian like that. That pup has seem some strumming!

Sorry. Just had to pop over from the Express forum. These are pretty sexy amps.
In a "plain-jane" kind of way, yeah they're a little sexy.

That is the sweetest looking color. If it had been in stock where I bought mine, I'd have snagged it instead of the basic black. Thanks for posting the picture Mike. Have you put any thought into an ED extension cab? I'm looking into the ED 1x12 27" cab. Looking for some owner feedback before I buy. BTW, beautiful curl on that guitar too. The whole rig looks like tone to the bone.

**** I wish I got the tan one. When I bought mine, that was all they had. Plus I think when I bought mine the tan was actually extra

Exactlyoto, and I could never have summoned the patience to order one.

John - haven't heard with extension cabinet. I am actually thinking of getting an ED head. The combo sounds killer, but is a bear to transport. I have a recto 2x12 vertical cabinet.

Yes, the thing I have found about the ED, is that it sounds killer with all my guitars, doesn't seem to favor SC or HB...

I agree. It sounds great with my Strat, but I'm still enamored with my recently acquired PRS especially since I installed a set of 57/08 pickups. It is a heavy amp. To think I was very close to buying a Roadster 2x12 combo which weighs in above 100 lbs. I'm getting too old for that heavy lifting. Our band is in the process of buying a new QSC K-series PA which is considerably more compact than "old school" gear and sounds fabulous. I probably don't need an extension cab, but it would look cool, put the amp up higher off the ground and push more air for more punch. I have to play a couple gigs with the combo before I dive in. Thanks for the reply/comments.

jtED, why are the letters on your amp gold? I may seem nit picky, but I think gold letters would look awesome on my express.

The lettering is actually a cream color. It turned out gold because the incandescent lighting (light bulb) in the room and not using a flash. Here is a pic with flash.
