For the Philly area, I wholeheartedly recommend Jim Walton. He has been servicing my amps for over 20 years (including my Mark V). His prices are very reasonable, and I have found his turnaround time on my amps to be about a week to 10 days. If you're a model train buff, share some stories with him; he'll love it!
