I am looking for a rack efx unit, with relays that I can use with my roadster. I need it to be able to switch between ch 3 and 4. These are the two channels I use the most.
Also, can I still have the regular foot switch connected to the amp so I can switch between the other channels, turn the fx loop on and off, and use tuner mute (which I use a lot on stage).
I don't plan on having a lot of presets, so I will find a cheap midi switcher for it. Eventually I will move to a foots witch that can handle switching individual efx on and off, however for now, I just need it for delay/chorus and possibly pitch shifting.
How well does pitch shifting sound in a serial loop?
I used the nova system and was impressed with the sounds, but it didn't sound that great in front of my roadster.
The computer based patch management of the g-major II is a nice feature too.
I have the ability to return the unit within 30 days for credit, but I'd like to know how people are using it before I take the plunge.
