Ohms question

Can I safely run my Mkllc+ combo's 8 ohm speaker using the 8ohm output and run a 16 ohm ext. cabinet with one of the 4 ohm outputs?

According to the handy-dandy impedance calculator (http://colomar.com/Shavano/impedance_proc.php), an 8 ohm cab and a 16 ohm cab in parallel results in a load of 5.33 ohms. This would suggest plugging both speakers into the 4 ohm jacks for a slight mis-match.
