Hi, it is five years that I happily own a Studio Pre. I always played it through a mosfet poweramp, so I didn't care so much about power tubes issues. Shame on me 
, but I've got a silly noobie question now that I got a Peavey Classic 50/50 (with eight EL84). One of the EL84s blew. Must I get a new matched quartet then (there are 4 EL84s per channel)? Does it work this way every time I'll be blowing just one tube? If anyone knows the Peavey 50/50 tube layout it could be useful too! Thank you guys.
