I have a Nomad 100. My son pointed out that all the other Nomads he has seen online or in catalogs have Mesa Engineering name plates on the front. Since he has made me aware of this, I started looking around and I can't find any other Nomads with "Boogie" name plates. Does your Nomad have a "Mesa Engineering" or "Boogie" nameplate? For those who have ordered direct from Mesa, could you request one or the other nameplate? Just curious.

Thanks!

I have never seen a "Boogie" plate on a Nomad, and yes you can order differant name plates from Mesa.

Here is a picture of the amp:

If the name plate was changed, it was done at the factory. There are no tell-tale signs of a dyi job. I was wondering if the amp was a prototype because I cannot seem to find the serial number in any of the usual locations for Mesa amps. Like I said, I am just curious about this "anomaly."
