I bought a King Snake in 2014. In 2017 the amp started making noise, pops, crackling, and a Dallas mesa repair center sent it to mesa for repairs. When I got the amp back the noise issue had been resolved. However I noticed they had put a new long chrome screw in the chasis next to one of the power tubes. Note, the screw was not there before. I suspect they did not repair the amp, because now it is making the same exact noises as in 2014. Anyone else had problems with a King Snake. Thanks.
