No volume???!!!!!!!!!

i cant get any volume at all out of my roadking!!! i tried everything. please any suggestions

If you have already checked the basics like:
Guitar
Guitar cable
Fuse
Preamp tubes
Powertubes
Speaker cable
Speaker selection (A/B)
FX Loop (hard bypass to troubleshoot)

.....then it may be time to call Mesa.
