No need for reverb on my amp.

I have a reverb pedal that I use because I've never really like the reverb on my DC-5. I've been thinking about pulling out the reverb tank to save a bit on weight. Are there any mods available that could make use of the now useless reverb knobs? Kinda curious. Thanks.
