Newbie! Help stored patches erase when I power of my Triaxis

I dont know what I'm doing wrong. When I store my changes on my triaxis, they are back to the original settings when I power back up after shutdown. What am I doing wrong? I have a Rocktron Midi mate. Should I be storing the patches through the Midi mate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the first 20 patches cannot be overriden without going thru a process that i cant remember right now. so you can either research the manual and read how to override that protection or save your user patches in a different location.

Wow! I didnt know that. I just tried saving settings in patch 31, and your right it worked. I will have to comb throught my newly printed manual to figure out the procedure for changing the first 20. If anyone knows off hand, please tell me if its not too much trouble.

I just picked up my Triaxis used, so this is all new to me.

This is my first rack setup.

I'm running all used equip, except the Furman.
