Just started a new song for my band, only really have 1-2 riffs so far, but here it is. Was pretty damn happy with the tone I managed to get out of the Mark III here.

comments/crits would be great, as I want it to sound as good as possible.

sounds great

maybe bring out the mids a bit more so the crunch really pummels, or mess with the mic/recording/EQ to do so, but the basic tone is definitely great

Thanks guys. Huge is definitely what I was going for. I've got a good amount of mic EQ'ing to play around with so I'll see what I can do about those mids when I have time. Thanks for checking out the new tune.

Sounded good, although I did find the sound to lack some definition and it was quite muddy. My suggestion is to perhaps cut back on the bass a bit.

Another update here: http://home.cogeco.ca/~mblack4/Riffs/Mp3/08-01-06.mp3

I changed the intro harmony and added an ending.

Thanks again for all the suggestions, they've been really helpful.

Sounds ****** Badass Man! A 'little' boomy on some parts.. And i mean a 'little'...
