NEW ROADSTER COMBO

I HAVE BOUGHT A ROADSTER COMBO, AND MY LITTLE BROTHER HAS LEFT THE POWER OR (COULD HAVE BEEN A NUMBER OF DAYS OR HOURS), WITH THE STANDARD CLOTH CASE STILL ON TOP OF IT. OBVIOUSLY WHEN I TOOK THE CASE OFF IT WAS REALLY REALLY HOT. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO DAMAGE TO THE 4 MAIN TUBES INSIDE, BUT I HAVE ANOTHER TWO TUBES INSIDE THE AMP (SORRY I DO NOT KNOW THEYRE TYPE AT THE MOMENT, STILL GETTING TO GRIPS WITH THIS MONSTER) I DONT SEEM TO SEE THESE TUBES EVER LIGHT UP LIKE THE OTHER 4 TUBES INSIDE, IS THIS MEANT TO HAPPEN???? I DONT FIND A DIFFERENCE IN SOUND TO MY MESA, AND THERE IS NO CRACKLING EITHER? CAN ANYBODY HELP ME OUT?? THANKS!

Hi Richard. Why are you yelling? There are 4 power amp tubes, 2 rectifier tubes and 6 preamp tubes. Which ones are you refering to?

I think the two tubes that are not as "bright" are the 5u4 rectifiers. That is normal.
The four that you say are "bright" would be the four el34s Power Tubes.
I would relax, rock it out, it should be fine. If not have it checked out where you bought it.
