I don't listen to the first three bands, but I assume they have a pretty heavy, modern, high-gain sound going on? Try this:
Power Tubes: 2xEL34 & 2x6L6
Rectification: Tube (probably could use silicon diodes for some of those bands' tones too, I don't know them well enough)
Channel 4, modern mode
Loop on
Master volume: 12 o'clock
Channel volume: 12 o'clock
Presence: 12 to 1 o'clock
Bass: 10:30 to 11 o'clock
Mids: 10 to 12 o'clock, maybe more
Treble: 10:30 to 11 o'clock
Gain: 12 to 1 o'clock
If you can, boost your signal with a pedal of some sort and run a bit of a low-end cut out front of the amp with an EQ pedal. Also, some cuts around 250-300hz, and maybe a boost around 1-2k (very small, like +/- 1 or 2dB) will help too.
If you don't have these pedals, just try the settings as above anyway, but maybe lower the bass down and try more gain.
As for Metallica... more power tubes, silicon diode rectification, more volume, less gain, basically. I get a good Metallica tone basically with gain at about 9 to 10 o'clock and volume at 100%.
