If you're finding the amp too bright, make sure you keep the Presence very low (i.e. around 1-2max). This will also get rid of some of the fizziness in the lead tones.

Thanx. Yes Im having to keep the Presence down. This thing is indeed bright, especially with a Tele.

Its sounding pretty darn good though.

I'm finding the stock EV is just way to bright considering how bright the amp is.

Got a line on an MC-90 I'm gonna try.
