I'm a little late to this party, seeing as how they have a release date of 2009 and we're about to start 2025.
I'm loving that pickup set. I've put them in a MIJ jackson kelly ke3 pro, bolt on.
A quick yes/no list of my taste in pickups.
Yes: dimarzio PAF master set. Duncan Distortion set. Dimarzio Evo Bridge. EMG 81/89. Gibson burstbuckers. Duncan Alnico pro 2 set.
No: duncan JB/jazz. Dimarzio air Norton. Dimarzio tone zone. Dimarzio paf pro. Simarzio super distortion. Dimarzio paf anniversary. Dimarzio Evo neck. Duncan 59. Duncan pearly.
As you can see I don't like some very Popular pickups.
The crunch lab liquifire set is really amazing. Very high output, yet remains open and chewy like low/mid output PAF styles.
