Hi I just took the plunge today and bought a 5:50 2x12. I traded in my old Fender Super Twin. I got tired of having to use pedals for reverb and overdrive. The Fender was a great amp and had the capability of making the deaf hear, break your neighbor's windows amd serve as the local early warning system, 180 watts of tube driven power. I'm just geeting acquainted with the Express and may need a little help down the road if you all don't mind. I'll mostly use it for recording and jamming around the house. I'm also a drummer and plan to record with Addictive drums in conjuction with guitar, bass, keyboard and vocals. Later you all...

The 5:50 is a great amp. You'll have fun with it. The reverb in mine rivals the reverb in my blackface Fenders.
