I just got a Badlander 25 for Christmas The amp works fine and sounds fantastic, but when I connect it via USB to my Windows PC, it's not recognized. I've tried 3 different cables, and two different computers to no avail.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Plug in the USB cable with the amp off and then turn the amp on after the USB cable is connected to the computer (but leave amp in STANDBY). Computer should be left on the whole time. That’s how I would get it to show up as a drive on my Mac.

Have you tried another PC or laptop or Mac?

I've tried plugging the USB cable in while the amp is off, while it is already on, I've tried 3 or 4 different USB cables, I've tried plugging in to my wife's laptop. I've tried different USB ports in my PC.

I called Mesa's support line this afternoon but was disconnected after being on hold for a while, and I was leaving the house shortly thereafter so I posted a quick message here.

I do plan on calling them back tomorrow, so hopefully they can help me out.
