Nice! i would like to try my recto pre (with the vintage sound) in the power section of the JCM800. I owned a 2 ch. JCM800 in the past, i wish i could have a 1 channel! Good move! Congrat on your new purchase!

Getting a Marshall and driving down to Splawn to have it mod'ed is looking more appealing than a Diezel VH4 right now.

I also wonder how some of Mesas amps sound with KT88s.
