Need slip cover and footswitch for Heartbreaker head...

Does anyone here have a Mesa slipcover to fit a Heartbreaker/DC-10/Nomad 100/F100/etc head and Mesa footswitch for a Heartbreaker head that they would consider selling? For the slipcover, I'm looking for the canvas type with the Mesa logo if possible.

After having purchased several Heartbreaker heads and combos, I have managed to obtain more footswitches than amps! I have a Mesa Heartbreaker Channel Switch that you can have for free. Just pay the shipping. Shoot me a PM.
