Need help with markII identification

Hey Y'all,
I have a couple of older markII series amps and was wondering how to distiguish between markII,IIb,IIc ect.......Thanks in advance for any help!!

I would take detailed pictures of the amps in question (Specifically close up shots of the front where the knobs are, and the back where the serial number/ power chord are) and then re-ask this question in the vintage amp section of the site...You'll get a pretty quick response.
