need help identifying my amp with serial number

Can anyone help identify my amp with the serial number? I know its a mark iv but I wanted to know month year and so forth.

I have:IV1496 and 9AB2A1B

On my MKIV the month/year is handwritten right behind V1. The preamp tube with shielding.

The other number is just the reverb tank, not to worry about.
