It helps others help you if you provide more information...such as what kinds of music you like to play, characteristics of your desired tones/channels, and what function each each half of each preamp tube position is tasked with. After posting that info you should get some good help, lots of knowledgeable as well as helpful members within this Mesa community.

I play Les pauls... I'm going for a dark tone that breaks up nicely after the barchord is played.

I'll come back with better info
