Hey man i dont live in the US as well and have to pay shipping but i got a really good deal on ebay, maybe you should try it?
 
Now Im testing my MK V about 3 days with a proel st 1000 voltage regulator and a difference is a huge.I hope that I solved my problem. :mrgreen:
