I've been a Mesa fan since High School. I found a Mesa Studio Pre amp for cheap and used it with my dad's Peavey VT classic 410 with a Rivera 212 cab for my heavier stuff and I used it plugged into a Rivera S-120 half stack (hated the tone of it alone) for Jazz band in high school.
Studio Pre into my Rivera. Plus my Vox tonelab into a keyboard amp since the other guitarist's amp fried.
Studio Pre into the Peavey combo with the Rivera cab for extra bass response.
Since joining the military the above rig has been in storage at my dad's place but I just recently got this rig for a steal on Craigslist. Amazing what you can get for a modified Yamaha Raptor 700R these days haha
Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier Half stack
BBE Sonic Maximizer
ISP Noise Gate
Monster Power Surge/filter
Being a fan of the Mark series I was pleasantly surprised by some of the creamy lead tones I've been finding on channel two.
Edit:
Here's a video of some of my settings played through a Fender 50' Roadworn Strat.
