I have a good buddy who runs a 'jumped' Plexi with a TS-808 and a Boss Blues Driver in front. Kinda has his 'own' tone thingy going on. Here are a few clips. All rythms AND leads are his amp....

Thoughts? It's a bit mid-rich for me. But it cuts through a live sound situation like a MOFO.

my friend has one and i am not a big fan of marshall but it doesnt sound half bad, i just wouldnt pick one up if it were me.

now ive always been a boogie user, never wanted a marshall, but i like that tone alot thats one good sounding marshall.i guess thats why i just picked up a stiletto deuce this past weekend.hopefully i can get a similar tone, i think its possible.

I have a MKIV but my fave of all time is the plexi. Don't pass up a Plexi if you get a chance play one.
