I recently picked up a Palmer PGA-04 (http://palmergear.com/pga04.shtml) and started trying it out on some sketches for longer compositions. Here's a short one:

As the leads develop through the second half I increased the gain to show off the strengths (and one weakness) of the Palmer.

The first two little lead breaks starting at 0:30 were done in R2, and the last two in Lead. Most of the guitar sounds are really nicely detailed with a balance of warmth and chime, but when you get to 1:11 what should be a very loud lead tone (Volume and Treble at 7, Master at 3, Lead Drive at 7, Lead Master at 5) is starting to get into fuzz-pedal territory from the amount of compression. Let's just say that it doesn't sound like that through my cab (and wasn't much fun to play.)

Sorry , I suck.

Permissions fixed, try it now! Thanks for the heads-up...
