MK V Footswitch real estate?

It's way huge & cumbersome... probably my biggest criticism of the Mark V setup

The amp gizmo is the way to go on a Mark IV but it cant switch the fx loop on and off on the Mark V. I wonder why the didnt make the loop switchable with external jacks.

You can activate the fx loop with the gizmo on the Mark V, it just has to be part of the preset.

How? There's no jack for the FX loop.

The 8 buttons on the amp gizmo control 8 functions of the amp, just like the footswitch.
1) channel 1
2) channel 2
3) channel 3
4) EQ
5) FX loop
6) Boost
7) Mute
8) Reverb

So if your preset is say 1, 4, 5, 8
That means, channel 1 with eq, FX loop on with reverb.

Oh yeah, I forgot the amp gizmo plugs into the footswitch port.
