MK IV and Mesa STR 420 tubes?

ok, got my NOS sed winged C, the ones with a BIG S on it , :shock: :shock:

it seems those tubes brings even more life to my DC5, got all and never agressivly ...

so for me i would rank it for tone like this!

1, Sed winged "S" NOS
2, cheap shuguang GC's /str420, close tone
3, tung sol Gc's str
4 Sovtek
5 mesa str440

can't tell about robustness yet..

I prefer the winged Cs in my Mark amps. They tend to have better harmonics and sound less stiff then the majority of Rubys/Sovteks I've tried.
