Each 8 ohm cab gozinta one of the 4 ohm jacks, and the 8 ohm jack is unused. The manual is available at Mesa's website and explains all (Page 13). Most of the manuals for the newer amps, like the Lonestar, have whole sections at the end showing sundry examples of how to connect various cabs.
