Ah thanks again you two, good to put my mind at ease. it's kind of strange tho, in mono it still distinctly sounds like one side of the cab is slightly louder...I assume that's not actually possible, possibly I'm imagining it.
Last jam I tried again in mono and stereo...I'm back to getting this volume swell (up and down) on one channel....after 5 mins of playing it seems to come right.
