midi matrix wanted

Hello all, looking for the mesa boogie midi matrix,

i know someone out there will have one sitting around not being used anymore,
i currently have a mesa quad preamp, mesa strategy 500 poweramp, mesa fu2a and mesa abacus foot controller,
but i think i need the midi matrix to help control other effects, poweramps track switching, channels of the quad,

any help would be good and much appreciated,
