Metallica Bleeding Me Clean?

Somebody tell me please, how to get that clean sound of the riff in the beginning of song. :evil: :evil: What effects and so on. I have this shitty Korg AX-1000, no use. :lol:

I'm pretty sure its just a clean tone with a little bit of a phaser on it.

Honestly, the main thing is to make sure your guitar is tuned down half a step. Sounds silly, but you'd be surprised...

EMG 60 is what Hetfield uses in the neck position, and now Hammett does as well.

The 81/60 combo has always been Hetfield's favorite. And as of the last year or two, I think, most of Kirk's guitars have been switched over to EMG 60's in the neck. I emailed ESP about it a while ago because all of the new KH-2's (besides the Vintage model) say they are now shipping with 60s' in the neck. First noticed it on the KH-2 Ouija limited run guitars. I thought it was a typo. Turns out it wasn't. They said Kirk now prefers the 60 and has had them changed in most of his guitars (and I am guessing the newer ones that he has, including the Dracula and Bride of Frankenstein, green metallic burst and KH-2 with the chrome pickguard and pickups have 60's in the neck as well, as does the original Ouija(according to ESP and money-jay's site) and the new white and natural ones that he plays).
