Mesa Micro Rectifier - Efx loop

Hello people.

Im from Portugal and i want to buy a Mesa Mini Rectificer.

My question is.

If I connect my guitar to a Boss GT and plug the GT to the Amp Return Efeects Loop does it work like a power amp ?

Yes.

I run the 4cable method where the Rectifier pream section runs in the GT8 effects loop, then the GT8 out goes in the effects return of the mesa.
Works great, and I can select the rectifier preamp on a per patch basis. (Although I use it all the time now, so essentially I use the GT8 for time based effects only.)
