I'm no expert but what humble advice I can give is get a GEQ pedal, or even better a Parametric. I have a cheap 7 band GEQ and it helps quite a bit. Everybody thinks "scooped" but listen to the isolated guitar tracks on YouTube...there are a lot of mids in that tone. Some of that is just the layering but don't be afraid to use that middle slider, I've found that finding the right combo of the 750 hz slider on the Mesa GEQ and the 800 slider on my Behringer GEQ can get you close. I'm still experimenting with my set up but using the combo of the amp GEQ and my GEQ pedal is getting me **** close. It seems like I can get close with the mids, high mids, and highs, but that low end is just a beast. Sorry not trying to hijack your thread but I'm always looking for tips on TBA tone
