Dont forget he (and me too) uses a maxon 808, which it will shape the tone. So even if you have a pre-500 one it will sound different without an OD in front of the amp!

Sure. amp settings: Master: clock 9 presence: 2 bass: 3 mid: 3 treble: clock 12 gain: 2
maxon-808 settings: overdrive: clock 7 tone: 12 balance: clock 5
