Mesa-Boogie - Dual Rectifier Hum

Hello!
Clearly I'm new to this forum, my reason for signing up is because I've been having a little problem with my amp head for a little while. I left my head at my drummer's place and went to pick it up from his place a few month later and I set my rig up at home to find a vicious "hum" on every channel on every setting EXCEPT the modern setting. I tried replacing all the tubes as well as the pre-amp tubes to no avail. I made a video demonstrating the problem, if anyone could give me some kind of insight as to what the problem could be, it would appreciated more than words can say.

I'd take it to a tech. Does this drummer know how to use a tube head? I bet he was messing around with it without a load and blew some fuses or worse.
