Im running triaxis into a mesa 50/50 into two 8 ohm cabinets(stereo)
the 50/50 has 2 outputs 4 ohm and 2 8ohm. Since this is a stereo amp Im wondering if Im using 4 or 8 ohm outputs. Anyone?

Hang on just a minute, my fellow Scandinavian, and let's look if I got this straight: today you have two 8 ohm cabs connected (ihope) to one 8 ohm output each, right? Now what do you want to achieve?

Each channel has 1x8ohm and 2x4ohm outputs that makes it 2x8 and 4x4 in total.

No, each channel has one 8 and one 4 ohm output.

To answer the original question, you should be running one cabinet from the 8 ohm output of Side A, and one cabinet from the 8 ohm output of Side B, since it's a stereo operation.

Stereo amps do not act like mono amps as per cabinet loads. Each side is one mono amp.
