Someone was asking about this cab on the Modern Amps forum.
I guess this cab was designed with the Mark series in mind so I am posting my reply also here, in case it is of interest to any of you.
It is an old 4 x 12 with 4 Black Shadow MC-90 (Celestions 90 W 8 ohm).
The top half is open and the bottom half is closed. You can use it in mono (8 ohm) or in stereo/bi-amp using the 2 other jacks (4 ohm each).
It is a slant cab with the metal grill and I think it is even smaller than the Recto Traditional 4 x 12 cab (which has the same dimensions as a traditional Marshall 4 x 12).
It is the smallest 4 x 12 I have ever seen and it looks beautiful.
