If the power cord is NOT hardwired, then more than likely you have a revG, but to know for sure you have to take the head out of the shell and look on the board.

Something else I noticed is that the output transformers have different power, The Rev F's are 6.25 amps, and the RevG's are 4 amp. More than likely if your Triple Rec is only 4 amps then it's a RevG.
