Mesa 25 watt 'Reissue' speakers

On the Mesa site there are references to 25-watt Mesa 'Reissue' speakers.

I suspect these may be rebranded Celesion 'Greenbacks'...anyone know for sure.

I am thinking about trying to get a set in a Recto vertical 212 cab.

I think so. Why not just get some G12M - 25s from avatarspeakers instead? You can always check their scratch dent overstock or email them for a price.

you know that will make the cab rated for 50 watts? What about scumback speakers, they have greenback clones, and they make them to handle different watts?

+1 on the Scumbacks. I installed a pair of 65 watt M75s in one of my 2x12 Recto cabinets and it sounds killer with my Stiletto. 8)
