Marshall Valvestate 8100

Because my ol' lady has no clue about tube amps and loves a chainsaw type tone I opted to get her the 8100. This amp does what it does well. I cannot say I like it better than my tube amps but it doesn't do all too bad for a hybrid type amp. Actually, though I normally prefer my tube heads, there are some things that these amps excel at.

I have a 8240 - stereo chorus. It was my only amp for years - cleans are a bit flat but the od tones are nice! Very underrated IMO.
