Hey guys, I figure everyone likes tone videos so here is my set up...

Mark IV mode on Mark V > BB Preamp > Suhr Modern
This is all with a timefactor in the loop.

Hope you guys enjoy.

can you post or pm your time factor settings? i recently got that pedal and am still tryign to figure out how to get a great lead tone. (never really use delay before)

Hey man, even better...

I got a lot of my presets from this guy here...

Download those to your unit then tweak them, they are pretty close to what I'm using now though!
Good luck, it's an amazing pedal.

Very nice tone (and playing)! Just curious... How much of this tone would you say is thanks to the BB preamp? In other words, how close can you get with just the MKV and timefactor? Just wondering, cause so far I've only put delay/chorus/reverb type effects in the loop, and I'm debating whether or not I need anything in the front.

Good question Jiveman.

I think it really depends on your pups and how free you like to be with the gain. I have my gain at maybe 2-3 o' clock here, probably 2ish and I'm using the BB to compress/drive it just a little bit more. If you uped the gain to 5ish on the Mark IV mode with the right settings for your guitar you could get close. But what I have the BB for is to just round off everything and beef everything up, I'd recommend something out front to be honest, it would be a worthy investment. But I'd play around with your gain and try variac/10 watts, lowering how much power you put out is going to get closer to that type of sound.

Hope that helps.. If not let me know, haha.
