Any one knows that if mesa will produce a new amp. to replace mark v.,at the end of this year,or is their any rumers about it?
Thanks

Barry, I don't think he's asking if they'll ditch the Mark series, but rather if they'll issue a revision of the Mark V or even a Mark VI.

na,jim: I haven't heard anything about a new Mark amp.

The Mark V is the pinnacle of Mark Designs. It's corrected any faults with previous Marks, and rolled the best of each era up into one extremely versatile amp. There's really nowhere to go now, unless the "VI" becomes it's own animal that just blows all other boogies away, or they come out with a IIC+ Reissue.

EDIT: I could see a Mark V rev B that fixes the BIGGEST complaint about the Mark V-- MIDI Switching. That's about the only thing that could be improved on.

Well its been out nearly two years and they havent created a stage II, series II , etc.. That is usually done after the first year . I think they did a good job on the R&D before it was released at NAMM in 2009 .
