Mark V empty head shell

Can anyone tell me where I can find a head shell for a Mark V? I have two combos and want to convert one to a head. Non-Mesa brand would be ok as well as no reverb.

I would check this guy out, this is a mark IV but if you asked I'm sure he would do Mark V as well, I think he offers other kinds of wood too.
