Mark V and G-major 2 questions

I'm sure some of you has both (Mark V and G-major 2)

how to you set the two???
Currently i use this
Mark V
SEND LEVEL at 12.00
Master Channel 1/2/3 11.30/1.00/10.00

TC G-Major 2:
Input Range Pro
IN level knob full up
Output Range 14dbu
Output knob at 3

It is normal that I have to run Master channel 2 2/3 hours higher than the other channels??
I'm asking this because I had bad V6 tube (even with the TC mute I heard a big signal coming out), that i replaced so I want be sure that now it's ok.
