Mark V 35 low end?

How does the low end on the Mark V 35 combo hold up to the Mark V 25 or 90?

Compared to my old Express 5:25+ the 35 seems to have a noticeably less low end at low volume, however the sounds fills out as you turn up the volume on the V:35

I have the combo, bought a Thiele cab and dropped in a Mesa Fillmore to fill out the sound. They matched perfectly together.

I’m getting good low end from mine. I get a little more when I run into a closed back cab, but the open back with the stock speaker is much fuller than I was expecting to be honest, especially in Extreme mode.

I have the Mark 5 35w head, not the combo. I play it out of a JCM 900 1960 4x12 with GT75 speakers. There is PLENTY of low end! Dont believe that crap about EL84s not having low end.
