Mark iv Switching 3 channels + eq with 2 relays

CTL1 off CTL2 on Rhythm 2

i have a rocktron replifex, the replifex have 2 relays
according to this chart I could control with 2 relays the rhythm 1, 2 , lead and lead wo/eq
CAn i make a cable from replifex at the entrance of the Mark IV footswitch to control it?
AS the cable would be??
